Scott Weghorst is an experienced entrepreneur in the training industry. in 2007 he acquired a training company and has expanded its course catalog to 80+ regularly updated offerings. His team created a tailored Learndash LMS with 73 plug-ins for advanced functionality. They also developed a mobile app integrating LMS features to aid learners in passing industry exams. Scott's team provides outsourced consulting, learning experience design, and development for various companies including global nonprofits. With 25+ years of experience in business development, sales, training, and management, Scott aims to maximize project impact efficiently. He holds a bachelor of science from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Renae Weghorst is an experienced training industry professional that has guided Elevate Learning's content development from concept through delivery and LMS launch. She has led teams of designers through projects large and small to ensure high-quality, accurate, and learner-focused programming. Renae has restructured existing courses and created new courses from inception. She managed a catalog of over 80 courses in a highly regulated industry, all custom-designed, and updated them annually within the required guidelines. Renae has developed and trained a series of essential skills courses to several MBA programs, tech worker groups, companies, teens, and children. She has over 25 years of experience in management including quality assurance, customer service, executive dining, corporate catering, and business contract services. Renae received her bachelor and master of science degrees from Iowa State University.
