Dr. Tara Roberson-Moore has more than 16 years of experience in workforce and adult education. She is adept at researching, analyzing, and synthesizing information and aligning curriculum components and modules with training needs based on adult learning theories. She has developed learning solutions for the US Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Oklahoma Assistive Technology Foundation, Office of Management and Enterprise Services (State of Oklahoma), International Association of Fire Chiefs, the US Department of Justice/Office on Violence Against Women, as well as a variety of industry clients. She is currently the manager of instructional design at Lumious.
