Jay Davenport is a leadership development program manager with Wyndham Vacation Ownership. In his role he works with the sales, marketing and consumer finance groups to help leadership development programs build diversity in the leadership pipeline. In his previous role as global HR manager at Aon’s Operations and Project Management Office, Jay managed the global operations and project management teams that supported over 5,000 classroom-led training sessions annually, as well as a learning management system catalog of over 9,000 training offerings. His main responsibility was to oversee the development and operational support of a global proprietary colleague development portal, learning management systems, and global performance systems.
