Lye Cwan is a customer success associate at Vyond, an online video creation platform. She works with customers from across the enterprise, helping them tell their stories through animated video. Lye Cwan uses her expertise to teach organizations how to streamline their video-making process, and build engaging content that keeps learners asking for more. Before working at Vyond, Lye Cwan worked in Kuala Lumpur as an account executive for a leading internet and media group, as well as an account director for a global advertising agency in Shanghai. She received her master’s degree in information management & systems from Monash University.
