Edward Brice is director of education strategy & operations for Allstate Insurance. His team is responsible for the onboarding and continuing education for all producers, frontline sales leaders, and sales strategy employees. Prior to Allstate, he oversaw the enterprise-wide learning operations function for Sears Holding Company. He attended Morehouse College, majoring in mathematics and economics. Afterwards he joined Teach for America, Chicago Corps and earned his MAT in secondary education at Dominican University; he later attended the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
