8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday, October 21
Trinidad B
The process of getting your project from the initial request all the way through to launch can sometimes feel overwhelming. When you’re new to this work, the process for creating an eLearning course start to finish can seem like a total mystery. And even when you’ve got some eLearning production experience, you may wonder if there are ways you could adjust your process to help things move more efficiently and prevent costly miscommunications or last-minute adjustments. The good news is that your eLearning production and development process doesn't have to be as complicated as it might appear!
In this workshop, you'll explore everything you need to know about how to make your eLearning production process run smoothly from beginning to end. You'll start by looking why it's important to follow a process when developing eLearning courses and then take a deep dive into each step one at a time. You'll get practical tips on how to work with your stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan your eLearning project, how to draft a storyboard, how to develop your eLearning course, and finally, how to review and deliver your eLearning course to your learners. Along the way, you'll get hands-on and put each step into practice by creating a project plan and timeline, drafting a storyboard, and developing and reviewing a prototype. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the skills to streamline your eLearning production, saving you time, money, and effort.
In this session, you will learn:
