Sara Pranio
Branch Chief, Performance Culture and Learning

Sara Pranio is a branch chief of performance culture and learning at
NOAA’s Office of Human Capital Services, where she is working to
develop a continuous learning and performance–focused culture
organizationwide. Her team delivers a wide array of training and other
developmental opportunities to senior leaders, supervisors, and
employees to ensure that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration meets its important mission. Sara has extensive
experience in the areas of performance management, learning and
development, and change management. She has a master’s degree in
business administration from the George Washington University.
