Jennifer Mandula
Instructional Designer
National Defense University’s College of Information and Cyberspace
Jennifer Mandula is an instructional designer at National Defense University’s
College of Information and Cyberspace (CIC). Jennifer works with faculty to
integrate new topics and teaching methods into CIC courses. She has a
background in education research, consulting, and practice. Her research
interests include digital literacy, electronic text, education technology and
related policy, and visual semiotics. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in
English from Davidson College and a master’s in education, learning and
technology, from the University of Oxford.
