Prior to Oticon, she led the shared services learning team at a Fortune 500 real estate company, where she was responsible for supporting large-scale product rollout and adoption through end-user training for national real estate brands. Josephine holds a master of science in instructional and performance technology from Boise State University, and a bachelor of business administration from the National University of Singapore. She is a certified project management professional.
