The 70:20:10 model is all the rage right now now in learning and development. Everyone knows the math, but few know how to systematically design for it! A complete ecosystem includes 70:20:10 with the “70,” or workflow learning, dominating the landscape.
In this workshop, you will walk through the design principles you need to meet this powerful objective. You’ll learn about the Five Moments of Learning Need and how to walk your stakeholders through a process that allows for all five needs to be met. You will discover the agile nature of this approach as you use iterative design principles that allow you to keep your content current in a time when the shelf life of content is shorter than ever before.
