Mike Thompson is the founder and CEO of SVI, a leading training and talent development company whose clients include many of the world’s most admired companies. He serves as a thought leader in leadership studies, diversity and inclusion, curriculum design, talent-based systems, mobile learning technologies, and talent development processes. Mike is the author of two leading business books, The Organizational Champion, and The Anywhere Leader. He is an Air Force veteran and he holds a master’s degree in leadership and ethics from John Brown University.
