Winter Session • February 24 & 25 • All Online
We are currently experiencing one of the most challenging periods most of us have ever seen in our careers as learning professionals. Our organizations have been disrupted like never before as we deal with remote workers, new virtual tools and techniques, and the continued journey towards the moving target that is “the new normal”.
All of these challenges require the support of learning leadership.
The Learning Leaders Winter Online Forum explores these challenges, and more importantly, shares proven strategies that can help us and the organizations we serve navigate the crisis. The Forum is your opportunity to connect and learn from learning leaders all around the globe, helping you address the urgent challenges of today while also building the skills that will help take your career to new heights in the future.
The Learning Leaders Winter Online Forum consists of 16 unique sessions and experiences over two days. You will hear from industry experts and leaders from all around the globe, building the knowledge and skills needed to support innovative and successful learning and development strategies.
Registration for this first-ever Learning Leaders Forum INCLUDES a one-year membership to the Learning Leaders Alliance, with access to all benefits (valued over $3,500)! Learn more →
Our four general sessions at the Forum will explore:
The Pillars of Learning Leadership
In this fast-paced and thought-provoking general session we will hear from five learning leaders, each of whom will provide a short, TED-like talk exploring a single skill that they see as a foundational pillar of the Learning Leader skillset.
CLO Discussions: Where Do We Go From Here?
While vaccine developments have provided hope for an end to the global pandemic, the effects of the crisis will be with us long after the pandemic has ended. We invited three CLOs to join us for a conversation exploring how we build learning strategies in a world full of uncertainty.
Panel Discussion: Learning’s Role in Advancing Diversity and Inclusion
2020 saw a number of crises that placed a spotlight on the social inequities that exist in our global culture. In this panel discussion, we will explore the critical role learning and development plays in advancing diversity and inclusion within the organizations we support.
A Guild Master Panel: Building and Nurturing a Culture of Continuous Learning
The benefits of having a strong learning culture are well known. What is less clear is what learning and development teams can do to help foster support. In this closing session, we’ve invited three Guild Masters for an exploration of the specific actions learning leaders can take that can build and nurture a culture of continuous learning in their organizations.
Meet the learning leaders who will bring the program to life with their expertise, support, and innovation.
Joining the line-up is our up-and-coming speakers from Thirty Under 30, representing the newest generation of learning leadership. They will provide their fresh perspective on leadership in the modern age.
