She understands the roles, hierarchy, and motivation it takes to keep employees engaged and motivated, which makes her keenly interested and excited in the digital badge movement and how it can be used in many areas, such as workforce development and education. Leslie is a member of the Badge Alliance Higher Education Working Group and the Digital Literacy Working Group and has spoken internationally regarding badges and technology.
