Since 2005, Sean has assisted over 300 government, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations design and deploy online learning and webinar strategies in North America and the UK. In 2013, Engage Systems was named Adobe Connect Partner of the Year for Government and Non-Profit.

Corrine Waggoner is a senior manager of training at ReedGroup. Corrine is an experienced instructional designer highly skilled in ADDIE and instructional system design. At Reed Group, she leads the operations training team, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training for the company’s absence management professionals. Corrine designed and developed a customized customer service certification for Reed Group, as well as revamping the corporate onboard training process. Among her previous employers are Crocs, Flextronics, and Learn.com.
