Many of the performance support tools that are currently available for purchase have price tags that can be prohibitive, especially for small and/or not-for-profit organizations. Organizations with a limited budget need to find ways to support their workers while still working within those budgets
In this session participants will explore various ways organizations can successfully implement a performance support plan, even under the constraints of a limited budget. This session will be an interactive discussion providing you with the opportunity to discover methods that can be employed to produce a performance support platform, using both online and non-digital solutions. Participants will discuss the need for developing a plan for performance support within the organization, and how to choose the best solution for the plan within existing limitations. You will explore the potential for repurposing existing tools, and advantages and disadvantages of each. Participants will leave this session with an understanding of the key elements of a performance support plan and see examples of a PS solution that was implemented using tools “traditionally” considered eLearning authoring tools.
