The corporate world’s shifting towards including more and more technology, companies, trainers, and managers are challenged to move with the ever-evolving demands of a virtual world. Departments have many previously saved practices that work great face-to-face, but how do you translate the same information virtually?
This session will provide ideas and spark creativity on how to morph existing practices to the virtual world. You will learn best practices that work in the virtual world to keep your participants’ attention, expand retention, and help everyone have fun while learning! You’ll discover different methodologies and platforms you can use for a successful transition to the virtual world. You’ll get ideas on how to take what you have already created and make it ready for virtual training; thus helping you to cut down on the development time needed to create interactive experiences.

- How to analyze your current training program for its effectiveness for moving to the virtual world
- How to examine your current training program for areas that you can use in virtual training
- How to construct your own virtual-learning program and activities
