Are you having a hard time getting subject matter experts to provide course material? How about getting buy-in and support from management? Are you at a loss to organize and manage contractors? Or are you unable to create a realistic schedule identifying when the course or series of courses will be available? If any of these areas are an uphill climb, then this workshop is for you.
You will learn a simple, phased approach that incorporates both waterfall and agile methods to get courses out on time and on budget with SME and organizational buy-in. Included is analysis, planning, executing, and managing. You’ll learn how to design and manage a process for efficient and effective course production; how to identify the types of courses you will produce so you can streamline the process; and how to identify where, when, and how to manage outsourced projects. You will gain tips and techniques for getting your company behind your eLearning projects, and for getting projects out on time and on budget.
