101 Cracking the Compliance Training Code

8:15 AM - 9:30 AM Wednesday, November 14

Nobody seems to like compliance training. Not people at work, not L&D professionals. But we all want the people and organizations who serve us to be compliant. So how can you learn how to handle this compliance training paradox and find professional ways to make the best of it?

In this lead session, you will learn how to first peel the compliance training onion to get to the core of what needs your attention. You'll take a closer look at a model to understand the elements that influence compliance behavior, and which of these elements can be influenced by training. Next, you'll discuss how to use today's technology to make compliance training effective and efficient. Finally, you will learn how to support what you really want: compliance empowerment.
