201 Empowering Digital Learning Through Learning Experiences

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 16

Is digital learning just eLearning by any other name? No! Rather, it’s an opportunity to expand our ability to improve performance and create experiences that engage and bring fresh life to talent development. The growth of digital technologies is bringing new behaviors to learning, and we need to examine how this shift will impact L&D and its current skill sets, as well as understand the implications it will have on current learning systems and content.

In this session, you will look into the research and insights pointing to the need to start thinking about learning experiences to truly embrace digital in L&D. You will learn who is using which technologies today, and how the learning cycle can be leveraged to help create continuous learning experiences and better meet the needs of the growing digital learning mindset.
