David Kelly is the Executive Director of The Learning Guild. David has been a learning and performance consultant and training director for over 20 years. He is a leading voice exploring how technology can be used to enhance training, education, learning, and organizational performance. David is an active member of the learning community, and can frequently be found speaking at industry events. Ray Jimenez is the chief learning architect at Vignettes Learning, TrainingMagNetwork.com, and SituationExpert.com. He has worked with American Bankers Association, Neiman Marcus, the US Air Force, NASA, Blue Cross, Goodwill Industries, Pixar Studios, Edison Missing Group, Dendreon, Netafim, Progressive Insurance, Bridgepoint Education, and the California Institute of Technology, to name a few. Carla Torgerson, MEd, MBA has nearly 20 years of experience as an instructional designer and instructional strategist. Currently head of learning experience strategy at TorranceLearning, Carla dives deep into complex client projects, helping to deliver performance solutions that both consider the learner’s needs and meet business objectives. Carla and the team at TorranceLearning help a variety of organizations connect learning strategy to design, development, data, and ultimately performance. Carla is the author of The Microlearning Guide to Microlearning and co-author of Designing Microlearning.

For 20 years, JD has worked in operations and talent development with some of the world's most dynamic organizations, including Disney and Kaplan. He is now chief learning architect with Axonify, where he builds technology, content, and services that enable frontline employees around the world to do their best work every day. JD is also the founder of LearnGeek, a workplace learning insights and advisory firm.
