11:30 AM - 12:30 PM Thursday, February 22

Microlearning looks different depending on the context in which you apply it. Our Microlearning in Practice sessions highlight different case studies showcasing the various ways that organizations are applying the principles of microlearning to solve performance problems.

In this session, you will learn from a microlearning case study at Northgate Markets. You will learn how the company was able to apply microlearning in a highly regulated environment. Youll discover how microlearning addressed the challenges of language barriers, multiple locations, diverse staff, turnover, and more. You will also learn how Northgate measured the effectiveness of its microlearning program.
