10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Thursday, February 22

Microlearning looks different depending on the context in which you apply it. Our Microlearning in Practice sessions highlight different case studies showcasing the various ways that organizations are applying the principles of microlearning to solve performance problems.

In this session, you will review how a healthcare organization used microlearning to support a major software upgrade in its revenue service center. You will learn how to set standards to differentiate training that you can deliver with microlearning from training that requires a more traditional environment. You will discover how the use of microlearning resulted in more confident learners and a 75 percent reduction in training costs, while maintaining quality service.
