Marney Andes is the founder and executive director of Project Aspire, a nonprofit organization that provides financial and mentoring support to women pursuing advanced degrees and career growth. She is the former senior director of talent management at Air Methods, the country’s largest provider of air medical transport services. Marney has dedicated her career to coaching and developing people as they pursue their passions. She holds a master’s degree in information and learning technologies from the University of Colorado at Denver.
