In this closing session of the Learning from Marketing Summit, moderator David Kelly will be joined by three speakers who will further examine how the ideas and processes that marketing departments successfully use can be applied to organizational learning. The floor will also be open to attendees, allowing you to share your own experiences and ask questions of the panel.

Known for his practical, street-savvy style, Mike is a regular and highly-rated speaker at industry events, and consults on learning design and technology at Nationwide in Columbus, Ohio. Mike holds an MBA degree from Ohio University and a master's degree in educational technology from San Diego State University.

Prior to Intrepid, Judy served as first vice president of learning technology at JPMorgan Chase, and she facilitated Bank One’s learning governance council during its three straight years as the top-rated bank in the Training Top 100.

She has spearheaded multiple projects in the marketing, automotive, financial, and events industries, creating award-winning programs along the way. She shares her expertise in her blog and at global conferences. She teaches learning experience design at OISE and published the eBook, The Little Black Book of Marketing and L&D, a practical guide that helps integrate proven marketing techniques into L&D.
