Nine Core Behavioral Traits Learning Leaders Should Cultivate
April 29, 2021
by David Kelly
Many of today’s managers share similar characteristics. These characteristics can be boiled down to what they do, their job titles, and roles. However, the difference between a manager and a learning leader is not determined by what they do—it’s based on how they go about doing it. Like managers, strong learning leaders also exhibit similar characteristics; however, these characteristics lay more in their behaviors rather than their labels.
In Nine Core Behavioral Traits Learning Leaders Should Cultivate, we look at nine specific behaviors that contribute toward establishing strong leadership. Explore examples of what each behavior looks like in practice, find out how you can develop your own set of leadership skills, and see further resources that can help you as you continue to grow.
