Debbie Richards, president of Creative Interactive Ideas, is a learning architect, self-proclaimed geek, and early adopter of learning technologies. For over 30 years, she has helped enterprise teams design, develop, and deliver immersive learning programs with measurable impact. Passionate about working with and mentoring other learning professionals, Debbie is a director at L&D Cares. The nonprofit group provides talent development professionals with no-cost coaching, mentoring, and resources to help them thrive and flourish in their careers. She is the past president of the Association of Talent Development, Houston chapter, and a past national advisor for chapters. Debbie has authored two TD at Work guides, Seeing the Possibilities With Augmented Reality and Preparing Your Organization for New Technologies.

Michelle Lentz

Michelle is a recognized leader in learning strategy & technology and has frequently presented on AI and L&D at industry events. Often a disruptor, Michelle has modernized training strategies at companies including UPS and Oracle. She holds several certifications, including Prompt Engineering, Hogan Assessments, 360 Feedback, and is pursuing her ICF coaching certification. Michelle is also in the midst of her Certification in AI in Business from Arizona State University. She received the ATD Volunteer-Partnership Award and contributed to several books, including "Ready, Set, Curate: 8 Learning Experts Tell You How" and "L&D's Playbook for the Digital Age." She is currently working on the ATD TD@Work publication: "Elevating AI Prompting for Results." Michelle has a background in English and Theatre, currently lives in Seattle and loves to read books and hang out with her dachshund, Ringo.
