801 Case Study: Driving Behavior Change with Marketing Techniques

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Thursday, June 8

The ultimate goal of learning is to drive a behavior change. After all—if engaging in learning changes nothing about ones actions, what was the point? In this context, all learning has an element of change management, and as you'll learn in this case study session, all change management involves good marketing.

You'll learn how Bluewater, a consulting and services firm, drove overwhelming adoption of 1000+ requests in year one by leveraging marketing techniques such as promoting the benefits of the change early and often, personalizing of messaging, and creating learning content at different levels to meet users where they were. You'll see how these approaches can be applied by learning organizations of any size to drive incredible behavior change.
