L&D programs need to be ruthlessly relevant to our learners so we can see some real behavior change and positive performance outcomes. One way to achieve this is through learner personas. Marketers have been using personas for decades to draw a picture of an ideal buyer in order to push the right content at the right time. In recent years, L&D adopted this approach to help create outstanding learning experiences.
