The pandemic forced many if not all of us to shift our learning online. The shift was haphazard and clumsy but it met a need. Many institutions now want to shift back to what they think is “meaningful learning”. The reality is that with some careful planning and purposeful design, blended learning can leverage the best aspects of online and in-person training.

In this session, you will learn how to plan and design blended learning to meet the needs of your audience. You will explore the different blended learning models and how they can be applied in your own context. We will use real-life scenarios in order to draw lessons learned and you will learn from successes and failures of implementing blended learning for a large organization. Finally, we will examine how to salvage some of the online material built in a scrambled hurry in order to reintegrate it into your new blended learning.
