Automation seems like a word associated with manual labor and robotics, but it's impacting every industry and market. L&D is not immune. With the constant push to do things faster, better, and cheaper, automation is impacting the products and services that L&D delivers. Learning from and leveraging process and task automation may be a way to keep your team relevant.

You'll learn how to use a few tools and technologies that will aid in automation efforts, and how to repeat those automations in your own environment. Finally, you'll explore PwC's digital transformation effort through real-life examples of L&D automation, and learn how they upskilled their workforce to not only prepare for automation, but recognize and execute on existing opportunities.
