501 Building Just-in-Time Voice Experiences

8:15 AM - 9:30 AM Thursday, July 18

Imagine arriving at your desk and saying, "Alexa, Good Morning!" Alexa shares an OHS update from the safety team, followed by an inspirational message from the CEO about diversity. You forget how to do an HR process, and Alexa explains it, step-by-step. And you need to train a team-member on how to interview someone. No worries! Alexa's got you covered with an interactive interviewing game.

In this session you'll learn how to use voice to create learning experiences, without any coding necessary. You'll be introduced to the hardware and software available right now to start creating these experiences. We'll break down the basics of voice experience (VX) design and see some live examples that have a natural tone and visually make sense. Finally, we'll discuss a process to create VX solutions, and how to go about choosing appropriate solutions to support workplace learning.
