The hype about Bitcoin has decreased over the past few months but blockchain, the underlying technology of Bitcoin, has the potential to shake up entire industries and maybe even L&D and HR.

For many, blockchain remains a mystery. Simply, blockchain can efficiently be applied to any areas where data is exchanged, and where identifiers and transactional processes are required.
