Journey Mapping for Learner-focused Design and Organizational Success

June 5 & 6, 10 AM - 1:30 PM PT

In a rapidly changing world, L&D professionals are expected to design programs that adapt quickly to the needs of learners and businesses. However, many learning journeys are piecemeal and unaligned, resulting in missed opportunities for success. Journey mapping provides a solution by enabling evidence-based recommendations for organizational success and proving ROI for learning initiatives.

In this interactive workshop you'll learn how to create a journey map that captures all touchpoints and ecosystem elements for learner success. Through real-world use cases and hands-on exercises, you'll get a feel for the mapping process and how it facilitates storytelling. You'll also learn how to get buy-in from your organization and stakeholders, streamline information gathering, and maintain a map for ongoing analysis.

By the end of the workshop you'll have a dynamic map that drives measurable change for your learners and organization. You'll learn how to make recommendations for enhancements and identify learning needs with your map. Participants will have access to a virtual workshop board on Miro.com for 60 days after the workshop.

Join us to learn how journey mapping can help you design learner-focused programs that adapt quickly to change and enable success for your organization.
