Most learning content is organized around the information that needs to be communicated, but learners are focused on the processes they need to know to get work done. Even when process mapping is used to organize the content, it still needs to be integrated into the flow of the learning experience for learners to be able to relate the content to their daily lives.

In this session, participants will learn to conceptualize business processes as a visual structure. They will be introduced to a technique for diagramming those processes in a way that can be used for organizing the learning content and repurposed as navigation elements for the content. They will then see how this approach creates learning experiences that learners can easily understand and relate to.
