Many L&D teams today are being asked for more visibility into the development process and project management of learning products. They are being asked to account for their development time and to display ROI on the learning products created. Additionally, there is the challenge of efficiently engaging with SMEs. This demand for increased transparency and communication is best answered by leveraging Agile processes.
In this session, you will learn how the small L&D team at dRofus adopted Agile principles of working in sprints, creating a backlog of learning products, and utilized an online Kanban board to provide more visibility into the process of creating learning content for a complex software product. You'll gain insights into our use of collaboration tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Miro, and see how we created an eLearning course using Rise that demonstrated the process of scoping, developing, and implementing eLearning courses using an Agile method. Finally, we will explain how we were able to get more engagement in the development and publishing process of the learning products that we created.
