In a perfect world, every organization has the time and resources to create world-class training to support every new business initiative, change, or great idea. But in the real world, we don't always have this luxury. Is there a way to reduce the amount of time we spend on design and development on each project? Does every business initiative require training? Which ones should we spend our time on? Can anyone create learning materials?
In this session, you'll learn from how I created some simple processes and tools that enabled my SMEs and stakeholders to design, and in some cases, develop their own training materials. You'll see how I provided guidelines, instructions, tips, and suggestions on when this method works best. This shift freed up time, allowed the business to meet its learning needs without breaking the bank, and enabled the stakeholders to have their needs met quicker than before.
