Matt Peters
Director, Tech College
Visa University
Organizational learning is increasingly becoming a blend of multiple assets from a wide variety of resources. How do you combine all the valuable content, internal and external, into an effective learning experience that meets today’s learning needs and your organization’s requirements?
In this session, you will learn how a “learning stack” approach, including a content aggregator, can provide a platform to build an integrated learning culture in your organization. You will explore the components of a learning stack and examine a content aggregator from both the developer-curator and learner perspectives. You will discover how this approach allows you to solve the problem of integrating diverse expertise and content sources such as YouTube videos, content vendor courses, formal LMS offerings, SME-created static and video content, conference proceedings, and other web-available content into a cohesive, measurable learning experience.
