The majority of surveyed learning professionals recognize that learning happens at work through a much wider range of activities than just formally organized learning initiatives. In fact, they are seeing how non-training initiatives should be the first to be considered, such as efforts around removing obstacles, changing processes, improving communications as well as increasing access to digital tools for improving learning and performance.

In this session, drawing on recent data collected, you will take a deeper dive into the various tools, technologies and platforms that are enabling digital learning today. You will see how modern professionals are learning inside and outside of their work via greater access to content, social connection, events and experiences. Finally, you will gain insights into how to better enable individual self-development and improve management’s abilities to support team growth.
