Microlearning is arguably the hottest topic in organizational learning right now. Everybody wants to get on the microlearning train, and it seems like microlearning has emerged as a solution to many of the challenges our industry is dealing with. However, if you pause and critically examine some of the drivers that are powering the microlearning conversation, you will notice a number of myths being used to support interest in microlearning.
In this session, we will examine some of the myths that are prevalent in the microlearning conversation. We will explore each myth in detail, discussing why the myth is believed and what information is available that can shed light on the truth underlying the hype. By exploring these myths, you will be better positioned to understand where microlearning can truly impact your organization, as compared to just feeling like the right thing to do.
