One of the frequently overlooked challenges that can affect a workforce is that of workers whose literacy skills are substantially lower than average. Traditional approaches for training and eLearning struggle to connect with low-literacy adults because foundational learning and cognitive areas are generally underdeveloped.

In this session, you will explore the specific challenges low-literacy adults encounter in their work and how you can accommodate these challenges in your learning programs. You will discover how to advocate for low-literacy adults’ needs in your strategy and how to adapt your current processes to accommodate these learners.
