Cristina Rodrigues, a learning systems instructional designer with Booz Allen Hamilton, has more than five years of experience in the education industry, mostly with adult education in training and development. She started her educational career as a training administrator and worked her way up to the lead training specialist for a Washington, DC technical government contractor. Cristina’s work duties have included creating courseware (ethics, compliance, and G\government content), serving as a site administrator for Skillport Learning Management System, and tracking and maintaining IT certifications and instructor-led classroom training.
