Patrick Osborne is a learning manager and the head of the Technical Training Center of Excellence at OppenheimerFunds. Patrick has been in the industry since 1996, and has expertise in successful enterprise initiatives targeted on mobile learning, ethics, organizational culture, trust, enterprise on-boarding, FINRA licensure, financial services industry training, investment product knowledge, compliance, and enterprise risk management. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in educational and human resource studies from Colorado State University.
