Lora Peterson is currently the director of Great Clips University. She started with Great Clips in 2000 as an instructional designer and was promoted to training manager and then training director. She holds an MA degree in adult education and a BA degree in interpersonal communication. Lora has worked in the training industry for over 22 years and has spent the last seven years launching and building the Great Clips corporate university.
