Agile provides a framework for adapting to change as it happens, and working with the client to deliver the content most needed by learners.
In this session you will learn about the agile project management methods TorranceLearning adapted and how its project teams actually use them on the job. You will explore the tools and supplies you need, how to choose a project to pilot, and how to train your team. You will learn how agile techniques improve centralizing information, keeping a project on track, tracking hours and resources more easily, and defining clear and measureable job tasks.
