Onboarding of new employees to ensure they are prepared to perform is a critical undertaking for any organization. When the call is to effectively onboard temporary employees, a new wrinkle is added, as onboarding activities can take too much time in relation to the length of their contract.  

In this session, you will learn from a real case study where mobile learning and gamification were combined to onboard temporary employees. You will learn how this approach enabled an organization to increase impact at a much lower cost than traditional onboarding approaches. You will learn how incorporating gamification and video can decrease the total time to learn critical position information through the use of mobile technology. You will leave this session with tips that can be applied to your own onboarding programs.
