While at RWD and SAP Education for the prior 15 years he assessed customer business needs and market trends. The results have been new and different ways to address these needs and support companies in their mission of optimizing employee performance across the enterprise. For the preceding 16 years, Mal held several positions in education services at Digital Equipment Corporation.
