Kelly Jones is a lifelong learning advocate with 20 years of experience in higher education, corporate, and nonprofit organizations. As an L&D leader and qualitative researcher, she leverages stories to empower employees, enhance performance, and drive a strong learning culture. She holds a bachelor's degree in communication & information technology, a master's in educational technology, a PhD in curriculum & instruction, CPTD certification, and DiSC certification. Currently, she is the director of corporate training at EquipmentShare. Previously, she was an instructor at Mercer University and was named a Governor's Teaching Fellow by the University of Georgia's Institute of Higher Education.
