Charlene Rousseau is the president of Envisionary Development Consulting, a performance management consultancy. Charlene partners with her clients to deliver L&OD solutions that minimize turnover and maximize performance, saving her clients time, money, and resources. She has clocked more than 30,000 hours in curriculum design and has over 13 years of training, facilitation, speaking, coaching, and L&OD consulting experience in multiple industries, including corporate settings, government/military, and university education. Charlene is an adjunct faculty member for Baker College Online Graduate School for Psychological Studies, teaching courses in the industrial/organizational psychology field. Charlene also serves on the board of advisors for the International Movement Network and Keiser University’s graduate industrial/organizational psychology program. Charlene holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from Capella University.
