1005 Creating a More Collaborative Company

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Friday, April 22

Salon 1/2

Arguably the most engaged organizations are small ones where interconnection is obvious, titles inconsequential, and sharing is rampant. These rich environments allow learning to be a continuous and continual. So, how can you keep people connected as your organization grows, or how can you get back to tight connection if you’ve grown significantly?

In this session, you’ll learn the organizational and individual approaches needed to create a collaboration-rich environment and reap the rewards of lower turnover, increased knowledge sharing, innovation, and problem-solving, all while improving the products and services L&D is noted most for; performance support and training.

You will learn:

  • How to identify the systems in play that encourage or discourage connection
  • How to leverage internal social technologies to create continuous learning
  • How to develop personal habits to perpetuate community, collaboration, and sharing
  • The important role L&D can play to accelerate connection and collaboration
