In this conversational session, Frank Nguyen interviews
senior learning leaders Marci Paino and Scherjang Singh about significant
organizational changes they’ve led during their careers. The conversations will
describe the situation, emphasizing how the leader developed a strategy, “sold”
it to executives and other stakeholders, and engaged with other members of the
organization throughout.
